Mail Processor
Location: Government Site, Washington, DC
The Mail Processor conducts inspection, interrogation and tracking of mail and commercial parcels entering the facility, checking for potential hazards.
Responsibilities:
- Performance of duties in protective outfitting, including protective suit and powered air supply
- Moving, sorting, lifting and carrying trays, boxes and oversized parcels up to 40 pounds
- Working with other personnel in a team oriented atmosphere
- Following strict controls, guidelines and operating procedures for all screening operations
- Reporting, recording and providing detailed descriptions to supervisors and managers
Education & Experience Requirements:
- US Citizen.
- Experience with mail handling, sorting and screening operations or other equivalent work experience.

Principal Engineer
Location: Washington Navy Yard
The Engineering Division of ICI Services located at the Washington Navy Yard has an immediate opening for a Senior Engineer. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and a Secret clearance. 10-15 years NAVSEA experience a plus. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on, for the DDG 51 Class Ship Design Manager, all shipboard pollution abatement systems, all structural and non-structural closures, all aspects of shipboard damage control, firefighting and installed firefighting systems,

- AS SME, represent SDM at all meetings where subject issues are discussed, review all subject ECPs, CDRLs, LIs, SSSs, Waivers and provide comments as necessary.
- Represent the SDM at all ship trials and all trial card screening events and take charge of the Design Site support effort.
- Maintain and operate the ATIS workstation and bring it to all Final Contract Trials.
- Serve as Design Site single point of contact for Trial Cards, SSSs Waivers and LIs.
- Support SDM in reviewing SBIRs submitted for evaluation.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Assist in development and execution of annual Operation Centers Department Budgets and projections.

Associate Analyst (Business Financial)
The Engineering Division of ICI Services located at the Washington Navy Yard has an immediate opening for an Associate Analyst – Business/Financial. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other Business Administration area. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting to customers and leaders on contract status, financial management reviews, and responding to action items.
- Coordinating with managers and task leaders to develop manpower usage plans and monitor execution.
- Provide guidance to task leaders on financial status of ongoing tasks, including budget development, execution status and task closeout.
- Assist in development and execution of annual Department budgets and projections.
- Work with Department task managers to provide accurate financial reporting on tasks within the Department.
- Work with ICI financial group, government and prime contractors to keep Department Accounts Receivable up to date.
- Review the Department’s monthly financial information, including Job Status Reports and Contract Revenue Summaries. Coordinate with the task leaders to resolve questions and problems, and provide reports to higher management.
- Review travel requests prior to approval to ensure adequate funding is available to pay the anticipated cost. Review Department travel claims and expense reimbursement requests, coordinate corrections as necessary, and provide to higher management for approval.
- Develop price estimates for new tasks, coordinate with management for approval of quotes, and participate in the development of cost proposals for new contracts being pursued.
- Review timesheet data to ensure it accurately reflects the work performed on the correct task, and coordinate timesheet correction as necessary.
- Maintain a filing system of financial information, including task binders/folders, spreadsheets, and job status reports.
- Provide tracking of Delivery Orders elements from bidding through execution.
- Work with ICI financial department on task bidding, set-up, execution, and close-out.
- Coordinate development of monthly status reports to customers, including coordination with ICI’s financial Department.
- Coordinate the development, issuance and monitoring of subcontractor tasking, and coordinate the approval and processing of subcontractor invoices for payment.
The successful candidate must have good verbal, written and interpersonal skills, as well as be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products. Experience working with Excel is mandatory, and experience with Deltek cost accounting systems a plus. Position will require the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Facility Manager
Government Site Location, Springfield, VA
The Facility Manager manages personnel (up to 25) and operations in facilities maintenance and management, warehousing, freight and distribution, mail and package deliveries (transportation) and other tasks related to the contract.

Location: Various
The Mechanics/Autoworkers troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service motor pool equipment. The motor pool equipment includes but not limited to: Internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks and/or tractors, electric scooters, and AGPUs.
Other duties include:
- Perform welding, grinding, sandblasting, painting, and tire repair
